Cracking weather on Saturday which is just as well because we were playing outside in a marquee! This really was a fantastic wedding reception venue, set up in a field alongside the Old Barn country pub in Wraxall. It was great to enjoy the sun and the beautiful countryside, just a shame we couldn't have enjoyed a bit more of the local ale! Don't worry - I personally managed just enough to have a bit of a hangover on Sunday . Anyway, our warmest congratulations to John and Remie on getting married and making it an absolute pleasure to play. It turns out, so Mike tells me, that the groom plays in a band/s himself and there were a fair few musos in attendance. This might have been why it took the 'boys' a bit longer to hit the dance floor - I remember being cool once too! * It appeared that a good time was had by all and I think we finally had everyone up and dancing by the end! ;D The happy couple were, er, happy, so that's all that really matters! We had a blast and thanks also to everyone for being so friendly and for the many kind words. Finally, sorry we didn't know 'Eye of the Tiger'! Jon * As if! (Moderator)

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for playing a blinder at our wedding, you were the perfect band for the evening and we all really enjoyed ourselves - you even managed to impress all of the hardened musos in the audience Thanks again, if anyone's looking for a great band for an event, we'll point them in your direction!
